Updating old tiled fireplace
This external building work for this project involved the removal of an existing chimney. The roof was built over where the chimney previously existed. The plumbing work required for the new kitchen was undertaken and a Belfast sink fitted with a new waste pipe. The solid oak worktop, floor, architrave and skirting boards were then fitted. The team finished the job by decorating throughout. This project, which took three weeks to complete and was created in line with a set of building regulations, involved creating an open plan kitchen and living area. The two existing rooms were stripped back and made into one single space. The result: we post on our site only the best of what we experienced. You can book with confidence knowing that weve been there and that no one pays us for a review.

Due to a previous extension, examples of old plumbing and electrical work were found to be inadequate for the new building improvements so a complete rewire of the electrics was required and extensive plumbing work involving the replacement of pipes and relocation of the soil pipe.
These issues had to be resolved before moving forward to the next stages of the project.
